Connect your phone numbers to AI agents
Overview
Your phone numbers are the bridge between your customers and AI agents. Import your existing business numbers into Clinora and assign them to agents. When someone calls, the assigned agent picks up automatically.
Adding a Phone Number
Go to Phone Numbers
Open the Phone Numbers page from the sidebar navigation.
Click Add Number
Click the Add Number button to start the setup process.
Choose your phone provider type
Select the type of phone provider you use from the available options.
Enter the phone number and provider credentials
Provide the phone number and the required credentials for your provider.
Give it a friendly label
Add a descriptive label so you can easily identify this number later (e.g., "Main Office" or "Support Line").
Optionally assign an agent right away
You can assign an AI agent to handle calls on this number immediately, or do it later.
Assigning an Agent
Each phone number can be connected to one AI agent. Edit your number to change the assigned agent at any time. Calls to that number will be handled by the assigned agent.
Managing Numbers
You can update labels, reassign agents, or remove numbers from the Phone Numbers page.

Supported Providers & Countries
Clinora works with most major phone providers. You import numbers you already own. Pre-configured SIP trunk providers such as NetGSM and Verimor are available for quick setup — just enter your credentials and you are ready to go.
Buying new numbers directly through Clinora is not yet available — you'll need to purchase from your provider first, then import.
Toll-free numbers and international numbers are supported if your provider offers them.
Number porting (transferring a number from another service) depends on your provider's policies.
Clinora supports calls to and from most countries worldwide. Coverage depends on your phone provider.
Caller ID shows your imported number. Custom business name display depends on your carrier's settings.
Call Routing
Each phone number is connected to one AI agent. All calls to that number go to the assigned agent.
Time-based routing (different agents for different hours) and IVR menus are not yet supported but are planned.
To handle different types of calls, assign different phone numbers to different agents.
