Google Calendar

Go to Integrations

Navigate to the Integrations page from the sidebar.

Click Connect on Google Calendar

Find the Google Calendar card and click the Connect button.

Sign in with your Google account and grant permission

You will be redirected to Google to sign in and allow Clinora to access your calendar.

Done — your calendar is now linked

Your Google Calendar is connected and ready for use with your AI agents.

Once connected, your AI agents can check your available time slots and book appointments directly during phone calls. Appointments appear in your Google Calendar automatically. Available slots are between 9 AM and 5 PM in 15-minute intervals.

Enable calendar tools in your agent settings to activate appointment booking during calls.

Instagram

Find the Instagram card and click the Connect button.

Log in with your Instagram business account

Sign in with your Instagram business account and grant Clinora access to your messages.

Done — DMs are now AI-powered

Your Instagram account is connected and AI auto-replies are active.

When a customer sends you a direct message on Instagram, Clinora's AI reads the conversation history, understands the context, and sends a natural, helpful reply automatically. Responses are short (1-3 sentences), professional, and in the customer's language. The AI uses your Company Profile information to give accurate answers about your business.

Scan the QR code with your phone

Open WhatsApp on your phone, go to Linked Devices, and scan the QR code displayed on screen. The connection status updates automatically once linked.

Your WhatsApp number is connected and AI auto-replies are active for incoming messages.

When a customer sends you a WhatsApp message, Clinora's AI reads the conversation history, understands the context, and sends a natural, helpful reply automatically. Responses are short, professional, and in the customer's language. The AI uses your Company Profile information to give accurate answers about your business.

You can view all WhatsApp conversations in the Integrations section of the dashboard. Click any conversation to see the full message history and monitor how the AI is responding.

Disconnecting

You can disconnect any integration at any time from the Integrations page. Your existing calendar events will not be deleted.

Post-Call Actions

After a call, the AI can book calendar appointments (if calendar tools are enabled).

Automatic SMS or email confirmations after booking are not yet available but planned.

Post-call surveys are on the roadmap.

The AI cannot currently collect payments during calls. Payment integration is planned.
