Manage your account and stay secure

Your Account

Clinora is a business platform. Your account is created and managed by your organization's administrator. You can update your display name and password from the Settings page.

Changing Your Password

Go to Settings from the sidebar

Open the Settings page from the sidebar navigation.

Scroll to the Security section

Find the Security section on the Settings page.

Enter your current password

Type your existing password to verify your identity.

Enter your new password

Choose a new password with a minimum of 8 characters.

Confirm the new password

Re-enter the new password to make sure it matches.

Click Change Password

Submit the form to update your password. You will see a confirmation notification.

Forgot Password

If you forget your password, click the Forgot Password link on the login page. Enter your email address and you will receive a password reset link. Follow the link to set a new password. The reset link expires after a limited time for security.

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

Clinora supports two-factor authentication for an extra layer of security. When 2FA is enabled, you will be asked to enter a one-time verification code sent to your email address each time you log in.

Log in with your email and password

Enter your credentials on the login page as usual.

Check your email for the verification code

A one-time code is sent to your registered email address.

Enter the code to complete login

Type the code on the verification screen. If the code expires, click the Resend button to receive a new one.

Two-factor authentication helps protect your account even if your password is compromised.

Security

Your account is protected with industry-standard security. Sessions expire automatically after inactivity. All passwords are encrypted. You will be automatically signed out after extended inactivity for your protection. Login pages are protected with Cloudflare Turnstile to prevent automated attacks.

Team & Access Management

Clinora is a B2B platform. Accounts are created and managed by administrators.

To add team members, contact your Clinora administrator or our support team.

Role-based access control (admin, manager, viewer roles) is available on enterprise plans.

Currently, each account operates as a single user. Multi-user access is expanding soon.

Never share your login credentials. If you suspect unauthorized access, change your password immediately and contact your administrator.
